You could run a report in bdssa or use some blcli commands like:
blcli_execute RBACRole listAllRoleNames
for role in $
blcli_execute RBACUser getAllUserNamesByRole $ blcI_storeenv $ echo “$: $”
do i run these commands in the nsh prompt in windows?

The blcli commands need to be run from a system w/ either the appserver or rcp gui installed. they can be run from a nsh shell. You should read the blcli doc help and the performance command section as there are some other things you need to do to connect.
