Can anyone help how to update workinfo bidirectional from HP to Remedy and vice versa.
We are using Remedy SPI. We have done the mapping for Incident creation. Now I want if Work Info is updated in Incident of Remedy then it should add annotaion to Hp console. and vice versa. I have used HPD:WorkLog but seems like am not able to add proper section in Rule file of SPI.
Requesting some docs or guidance.
Seems that you need problem report form.
We have used Remedy SPI (HP Product) to intergrate HP Operation Manager with Remedy.
It is very simple, it will forward all messages to some Problem Report form, from there you can push that data into incident interface form to create incident through filter.
