try running a dos2unix on it.
also - you really shouldn't make things 777, that's not great security and it shouldn't be required.
also - CATALINA_HOME is not being set in the context of this session, is it needed for tomcat to start?
It is properly setting the CATALINA_HOME.

try adding a PATH statement to your execute command line.
PATH=$PATH:/bin:/sbin; export PATH; install.sh
When you manually log into the target server your session automatically generates your $PATH using the various profile files.
When the agent executes a job as root it isn't opening a session as the root user so $PATH isn't created (so you have to configure as part of the deploy command).
This should fix your problem.
Oh and you definitely shouldn't be create 777 files, if your company has to meet any certification standards having world writable files is almost a guaranteed fail.
