How to include Resolution field in E-mail notification in Remedy 7.6.04 ?

I try to include the resolution (from HPD:HelpDesk) field in the notification e-mail if a incident was resolved, it is important because some user use Requester Console and like to know the Resolution for the problem is a Incident is resolved.

Does anyone know a solution?
