    Device XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX Already Exists!

I'm attempting to provision a new server using the "skip linux pre-install" method.  I accidently let this server boot up to a windows boot device which was set to default.  It loaded partially and then nerfed out on NIC drivers before it was able to get to the BMI Awaiting Next State.... prompt.

Now, when I try to load the device into the Provisioning Manager manually by MAC, it tells me that the device <mac address> already exists and refuses to add it.  The MAC address for this server isn't showing up anywhere in Imported or Provisioned views, but it still won't let me add it.

I don't have any boot files capable of booting this server fully to windows or linux.  How do I fix this?
