Remove -u and run it again.
I tried as u said, but same error.
Are you able to login to bladelogic licensing portal using the credentials you have used in the autolic command.
Also what does agentinfo <hostname> shows you for that host..

Can you check whether the user associated in your system is administrator only and not other (very rarely)? Also if you can paste the result of agentinfo command of that machine will be a help.
Hi, Also check that the Administrator user in not been disable or renamed
if you are running this from a command line session and do not have bladelogic credentials established, check that there is not a 'nouser' line in the users file.
you have a problem talking to the agent, which is why you are getting the 'Login not allowed for user'. you need to resolve that. then the autolic should work, assuming the host is unlicensed and you are still using the '-u'.
