What’s in rscd.log and in your security files on a target server where the job fails?
what user are you mapped to on the target system?
what are the permissions and owership on the parent directory you are trying to create your dir in ?
this is the output of the rscd.log when I run the job:
05/31/11 14:16:12.718 INFO rscd - 27937 99/99 (bladmin): ntop: /usr/nsh/bin/ndf -H -c -h

the directory has 775 permission.
How can I find out the user that BL is supposed to use to run the job properly?
sorry, but I'm a total newbie
look in the users.local and users files on the target (/usr/lib/rsc) and see what local user BLAdmins:BLAdmin is mapped to.
or run 'agentinfo' (custom command) in the gui against the target and see who you are mapped to.
I've modified the users.local and the export files, and now the job succeed.
