    How to add SLA Due time field in incident managment console

      Hi All,

      I want to add SLA due date field in incident management console. My Remedy version is 7.1 patch 8.

      I could not find add column option like Remedy version 7.5 in Incident management console.

      Can anybody please tell me how I can do this.
