You just need to check the workflow, which is copying the operational and product categorization, from the log and disable it.
HPD:ASI:DuplicateRelationship_100_UpdateOrigIncident this is the actlink which is pushing categorization data in helpdesk form. You can just remove those fields related to
categorization from the actlink.
