    Updating a job run with Remedy ticket number

      I have a use case where I need to update the deploy job run with a ticket number.


      I have one job setup to deploy files. For example "Deploy Config Files".

      This job could be used for deploying different configuration files based on the ticket. But there is no way for the user to figure out which files were deployed by each job run unless I update the job run with the ticket number.


      If that's not possible, then I have to redesign and create a new job everytime a new ticket comes in.


      Does anyone have any ideas about how to update job runs with a specified string as description or anything similar?
