My question is very similar to this one:
The difference is I need to use the GUID, not the RequestID, actually, because there is an added layer of complexity I failed to mention: After the form submits, it opens up a dialog window, which is pushed the GUID. If the user wants to submit another request, he clicks a button on the dialog window, which closes the dialog window, and puts the form in create (submit) mode, and it autofills in select fields -- that is the desired effect.
The link is great if I'm staying on the same form. Since I'm using a dialog window and then I have to tell the parent form to revert to submit mode again and autofll certain fields, it's a little more complicated.
I would appreciate any help.
