    Post-Install rscd agent In Red Hat 4.7

    Basilio Urrutia

      Hi,

      I'm trying to install RSCD Agent with the Red Hat 4.7 and the OS was installed but not the agent.

      The provision job show me the next error:

      Error Agent enrollment failed. Any post provisioning jobs scheduled to run with this provisoining job might fail.

      I used the following agent's installer: RSCD800-622-RHAS3SUSE9.SH

      I renamed the agent's installer to rscd.sh and the response file to nsh-install-defaults.

      The response file has the following content:

      NSH_INSTALL_SKEL=y

      export NSH_INSTALL_SKEL

      COMPONENT_CHECKED=1

      export COMPONENT_CHECKED

      INSTALL_DIR=/usr/nsh

      export INSTALL_DIR

      IS_SECURE_AGENT_LOGS=1

      export IS_SECURE_AGENT_LOGS

      IS_KEYSTROKE_LOGS=1

      export IS_KEYSTROKE_LOGS

      RND_CHOICE=1

      export RND_CHOICE

      I identified the location of the agent installation program and response file using the System Packages tab in the Configuration window to: RSCDlinux

      The rscd.sh and nsh-install-defaults are stored in: C:\Program Files\BMC Software\BladeLogic\8.0\PXE\pxestore\RSCDlinux

      What am I doing wrong?

      Appreciate the help,
