it sounds like you are having problems talking to the agents.
What is in the /usr/lib/rsc/ exports, users and users.local on your targets (or /Windows/rsc) ?
# BLAdmins ACLs
# NSH-only ACLs
from your client system can you telnet to 4750 on the target server(s) ?
Are you using NSH proxy?
Are you authenticated with your NSH client?
yes. this works fine
i am not running a NSH proxy.
I had the exact same issue.
Either a blank diag box or it just opened and then closed.
In my case it turned out that my Client UI's "secure" file had the wrong settings.
Custom commands like "Agentinfo" require NSH connectivity.
If you can't open an NSH session and cd \\<servername>\ or cd \\<servername\c for windows, then the custom commands won't work either.
In my case I could cd //<BLAppServer> but any other server failed.
Hope this helps.
You need to remember to "Save Credentials for this session" when you log on to the console - although 8.2 defaults to havings this ticked - which is a good change
