Really quick one...Using IM 184.108.40.206....I noticed the option of tracking time spent on an incident, on the "Assignment" tab...
I was wondering if anyone knows how to report on this field from the back end - I use cognos reports and am looking to create some reports on this - it would be good to identifty how long each assignee spends on the ticket, i.e:
Assignee 1 - 10minutes
Assignee 2 - 12minutes
Assignee 3 - 40minutes
Or indeed if you could share with me how you all use this field....
