I've got changes resulting regularly in the error "Service Request xxx encountered an event error with the back-end application. This error must be handled promptly.". Effectively, on the SRM:Request form entry, the entry shiows in "Error", but no CAI:Events entry is created with details for this error (and hence the View Events button is disabled).
Can anybody give me a clue on what could be the reason for this?

I think the only way forward here is to create filter logs and see where it gets.
