Referencing ??TARGET.NAME?? in a config file

Anyone attempted remediating an improperly configured config file (e.g. snmpd.conf) but construct the replacement file by dynamically pulling on Properties?

E.g. in the file to be pushed, the content should be referenced from the ??TARGET.NAME?? property (for example).

Or would I just have to use custom commands within a BLPackage and just build up the file through "echo "??VARIABLE?? >> snmpd.conf" and so on?

Trying to remediate an improperly configured snmpd.conf on Linux server, but leverage the definition within BL 7.6 inside a Server Property "SNMP_MANAGER", without having to hard code the SNMP Manager in the snmpd.conf.
