    Linux RSCD /dev/random

During installation of an RSCD agent on Linux, I get an error saying it could not find a suitable random device.  The install fails when I tell it to generate a .rnd (1) file or to install the PRNGD (3).  After the script is done executing, the RSCD service will _not_ start.

I'm not sure I should even be getting this error since there is a /dev/random device already on the server.

The RSCD760-224-RHASX86_64.SH file is chown'ed root:root and chmod 755.  It is located in and being run from /tmp.
