The error message clearly says that the 'First Name' and 'Last Name' for the 'Requested For Individual' should be entered before submitting a request.
Fill them and try hitting the save button

It is caused by filter..
(( 'Customer First Name' = $NULL$ ) OR ( 'Customer Last Name' = $NULL$ ) OR ( 'Company' = $NULL$ )) AND ( 'Add Request For:' = "Individual")
The AL is not pushing the data to the SRM:Request form..
Can you check whether the custome info is being loaded on the right hand side when you open Requestor console-create resquest..??
Vishnu the customer information is getting loaded properly into the right hand side boxes but the info cannot be edited as it bcoms grayed out.
We have SRM installed on the box , may be that is the reason the requests are not getting created directly from the requester console and may be we cannot bypass the service request console in the SRM.
Ariyanchi the info is automatically populated in the first name and last name boxes and hence there is no need to fill the info manually , which also cannot be done anyways as the boxes are getting grayed out once the requester console is opened.
Can you enable the log and see whats running behind..find out whats happening after clicking on SAVE button,
On button press:
RQC:SHR:SubmitRequest guide will be called
and will push data to SRM:request form with (RQC:RQW:Submit_110_SubmitRequest)
Amey, Please enable A/L and Filter logs and then try to analyze the log file to find out the real root cause of the problem. If possible please share the same here too. ~Nishant
