    Access Remedy Client on Mobile Device

      Hello All,


      My apologies in advance if this is not the right forum for this topic.  I would like to hear from you if you are using a mobile device other than the Blackberry to access the Remedy client.


      We are looking to develop a mobile customer service operation model that would require our support staff to access and update their incidents via a mobile device.  We are currently exploring mobile devices that could be used to access Remedy and other Windows and RFID apps as well.
