    How would you automate the creation of work orders?

      I'm currently working on a migration to Remedy and am wondering what is the best way to schedule the automatic creation of a ticket. For example on our current system we create tasks/work orders for teams, which appear in their queues.


      Ideally, I'd like to create a set of Work Order templates for each team, and then I'd like to trigger the creation of those work orders automatically, maybe using cron on a daily/weekly/mothly basis as appropriate. Has anybody done this, or suggest the best way to do it?


      Sorry if this has been posted or requested before, but I didn't appear to get much back on searches.
