      Hi All,

       

      Really quick question...

       

      I've noticed since upgrading to ITSM 7.5, that when an incident is logged direct to an assignee that an email only goes to the customer..i.e the assignee doesnt get notified...

       

      Is this new functionality?

       

      Previously, if you assigned the incident direct to the assignee, both the assignee and customer would get the mail...
