Hello folks, ITSM 7.0.3 Patch 9 AR System server 7.1 patch 6. SLM 7.1 no patch. Mid-Tier 7.1 patch 6 I found this strange error in arerror.log when a user was unable to modify an incident ticket either from client tool or from mid-tier. Did anybody encountere these lines in your logs ? Is this a known error? Is this a patch issue for SLM ? Is it problem only with one incident or for whole incident, if it with only one then you need to check the entry in the SLM;Measurement form could be some other entry persists in the SLM:measurement form or else it is unable to modify the entry due to some memory issue.
