Updating the Certpasswd in blasadmin is not resolving this issue.
This is what I would expect to see if the appserver where the migration was run was not actually 7.6.
Can you launch an nsh prompt on that server and run version?
Try regenerating the cert using keytool. The steps should be in the admin guide.
