I would think that you would put the acl policies in an acl template, and then assign that acl template as the 'default object permission template' in the BLAdmins role.
is that what you've done?
Has anyone else tried this approach?
We have created a default ACL template that contains our required default ACL policy and then assigned the template to be the default for the BLAdmins role.
It seems to work fine for creating most objects, but all the patch catalogue update jobs fail with an ACL Policy error:
com.bladelogic.model.rbac.BlAclPolicyAceImpl cannot be cast to com.bladelogic.model.rbac.BlAce
java.lang.ClassCastException: com.bladelogic.model.rbac.BlAclPolicyAceImpl cannot be cast to com.bladelogic.model.rbac.BlAce
Does this match anyone else's experience? This is with 8.0SP3.
