I created an initial component template to find a particular user id, and determine if that ID is disabled. I have turned on the remediation portion on the component template. After my compliance job returns (inconsistent of course), there is no option to remediate.
If I edit the rule, there is an option to deply a blpackage to perform the remediation.
Now, I can easily disable the ID using vbscript, but deploying that script is somewhat new to me.
If the "vbscript option" is a way to go, how could it be done? (i'm assuming that there are several)
One idea in how i'm thinking is, create the script, deploy that "file" to the server, and then have BladeLogic run it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Create a blpackage out of the user and look at the 'control flags'. I think there are some other posts on the bmc communities on this, or microsoft should have some references for that.
Control flags... Will do. Thanks Bill.
For now, I simply created a vbscript job that does the work, and I use bladelogic to push that script to the server and run it.
As always, appreciate the help!
