    Availabiliti SLA - Asset Management

      Hi Friends,

       

      Probably some simple questions:

       

      I need to create availability SLAs for CIs, how do I confirm If Asset Management is integrated with SLM?

       

      When I open a CI record and go to 'Outage' tab and click 'create' then should I see 'SLM' as a tab?

       

      Currently I have 'CI Unavailability' as one of the data sources in SLM, is that enought for me to create Service Targets, and how do I view these service target from Asset management?
