    ARERR 9376 Format Date error?

      Hi All,


      One of my users is using BMC Remedy Mid tier 7.0 with IE7. Everytime he wants to change a call which has FAILED a SLA (I know that is bad for a start)

      He gets a ARERR 9376 error where all of his dates are the incorrect format. How can this be as Remedy creates the date. You cannot manually change the date as well. So he is stuck with the calls and he cannot close them. Note this is fine on the Remedy Client. it is just the web.


      Does anyone know a) why this is happening and b) how to prevent or fix it?
