    Searching in Change/Release Management is slow to populate results list field.

      I was wondering if anyone has experienced this behavior:

       

      Searching in Change/Release Management is slow to populate results list field.

       

      Issue Details:

       

      ITSM version 7.5 Patch002

       

      While in Change Management console it takes considerable time (30+ seconds) to populate the results field list when searches contain CRQs with a "Scheduled Start Date".

       

      Once the results list populates, it takes 30+ seconds to move between records with a Scheduled Start Date. Further, attempting to open a record with a scheduled start dates takes equally long to open.

       

      Right clicking in the results list and selecting Open Results, allows fast movement between records but is slow to open the record on a double click.

       

      Records without a Scheduled Start Date not effected when navigating to them in the results lists or opening the selected record.
