I see the same thing. I think this is a defect - can you open a ticket w/ support?
ticket number ISS03552238
BTW, it would be nice to know if smart groups criteria accept wild cards.
I'm trying to replicate customer's regular expressions which they used with another tool, but it doesn't seem to be possible.
They have criteria such as "3 chars and then xy" which means that "NAME contains xy" may not be enough
Afaik, no wildcards in smart group conditions. Is there a 'ends with' or something? I've put in RFEs for regex in conditions to no avail.
regexes would be great, but another needed addition, imho, would be the ability to mix "any"/"all" conditions in group definitions
Ok, if it's my turn for RFEs, I would love nested smart groups.
It would be great to have, 3 smart groups, say:
and, inside each of them, some other smart groups like:
which would inherit parent's condition, and have some more.
You can do that now, so it will never get implemented
Well, my RFEs always go to /dev/null
may i suggest a "Wishing Well" subforum?
where users can discuss most wanted features so bmc can have an idea of product weaknesses
fyi, it looks like the _ issue was fixed in hf224.
