    nsh proxy server errors when starting blclient gui

      Hi all,

      first time poster.

      I've got an env with app serve + nsh proxy running on the same box.

      I've followed the manual correctly ( I guess). After I think I've completed all  the tasks, I try to start the blclient gui and I get a pop up window error.

      àcannot conenct to "service.authsvc:bladelogic:blauth://localhost:9840, connection refused.

      If I try to revert back to the default secure file in : /opt/bmc/bladelogic/conf, the gui startups correctly.

      I've also ran agentinfo "localhost" ( thus being the appserver machine), and I get

      SSO Error: Could not load credential cache file "/root/.bladelogic/bl_sesscc"
      Can't access host "blapp": No such file or directory
      [root@blapp sbin]#

      no apparent errors on agent, appserver + appserverlauncher log files.

      my "faulty" /opt/bmc/bladelogic/conf/secure file looks like this:

      rscd:port=4750:protocol=5:tls_mode=encryption_only:encryption=tls:
      default:protocol=5:tls_mode=encryption_only:auth_profiles_file=/opt/bmc/bladelog
      ic/br/authenticationProfiles.xml:auth_profile=defaultProfile:appserver_protocol=
      ssoproxy:encryption=tls:

      the /opt/bmc/bladelogic/br/authenticationProfiles.xml

      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
      <ServiceProfiles>
        <ServiceProfile>
          <Name>claudio</Name>
          <ServiceURL>service:authsvc.bladelogic:blauth://blapp:9840</ServiceURL>
          <AuthenticationType>SRP</AuthenticationType>
        </ServiceProfile>
        <ServiceProfile>
          <Name>defaultProfile</Name>
          <ServiceURL>service:authsvc.bladelogic:blauth://localhost:9840</ServiceURL>
          <AuthenticationType>SRP</AuthenticationType>
        </ServiceProfile>
      </ServiceProfiles>

      any idea or any more info that I should be providing?

      Thanks
