well, there's a blcli command - PatchConfigFile download that could do it w/o wget :)
I used this line:
wget -nv -o logfile -N -P ..\shavlik_stage http://xml.shavlik.com/data/hfnetchk5.cab
where -nv is no-verbose, -o is output logfile, -N is timestamping, -P is path for directory
Subsequent lines would use
wget -nv -a logfile -N -P ..\shavlik_stage http://xml.shavlik.com/data/pd4.cab
so that the log would append. -N also allows for wget to see if the file needs to be downloaded or not - ie: updated. Docs at
I didn't know about the other command, though - might be easier...
I am on 7.4.3 & can't seem to find this blcli? Is it released or unreleased?
Can you post full name space?
PatchConfigFile : findAll, download
hmm - you might have to bug someone in engineering to get the right inputs for the dowload command.
