    Patching debian?

have anyone studied the question about debian (and all other apt-compatible) system patching?

Linux world is not built with only redhat, there're thousands of debian servers.

You would need to create an apt repository and then we can strip out the meta-data for the packages to do an analysis on the local systems (this is essentially how you do the RedHat analysis)

since we do not support any form of debian, you could use the 'custom software' object to distribute the .deb package files out to the servers.
