    Patch Managemnet with Proxy

I am on an Air Force base that uses a http proxy to access the web. I cannot connect up to the Patchlink content site for windows patches, in fact I can't connect at all; being refused with a '403 Forbidden' error.

I know there are provisions for entering a proxy address and the port into the config.xml file for the app server but to no avail. If I put the content URL in my web browser (IE) no problem, I can get to the site.(at least I could before they changed the IPs) I know there is a way to script the patch downloads but I shouldn't have to. BL worked fine in this aspect when I was in the BL class using their training laptop and no proxy.

Anyone run into this issue of the program not handling the proxy info correctly??
