It appears that the upgrade of my Operations Manager (OM760-115-W32.exe) completed successfully, however when I attempt to start the AppServer, it fails immediately. The original 7.5 installation worked fine.
Looking at the appserver.log and console.log, I see a java stack trace, with the following message in it:
Caused by: com.bladelogic.mfw.util.BlException: Failed to find resource: default/C:/Program Files/BMC BladeLogic/OM/br/bladelogic.keystore
I am fairly certain that I entered the correct cert password at the completion of the upgrade (to the same value I used when I installed 7.5), and I also tried using the blasadmin.exe tool to set the password to the same value across all deployments (_launcher, _spawner, _template, _util, default). This didn't help.
Any ideas why this would be failing?
