there's a hotfix for the BI i think, open a ticket w/ support.
in the local security policy of the targets what is the 'Network Security: LAN Manager authentication level' set to?
if it's ntlmv2 or higher only this may be the issue.
Thanks for the info. I'll raise a ticket. The Network security setting is "Send NTLM response only"
that may be the issue.
if you can't get things working after talking to support you can try the 'legacy' installer here:
but that one is not officially supported.
