What happens if I delete a BladeLogic keystore?

    John Van Ommen

I am in the process of replicating BladeLogic content from one app server to another. Is it safe to delete a keystore which is used by BLCLI? According to the documentation, new certificates are added to the keystore as it's used. But the documentation does not specify how to create a brand new keystore.

The forums have documentation on what to do if your Reports keystore gets hosed, but nothing on creating a new BladeLogic keystore.

When I run the BLCLI in the replicated environment, I get this: "Failed to connect to server. Failure establishing TLS connection with Application Server"

      Here's the whole command:

      # /bladelogic/nsh/bin/blcli -n false -t BLSSO -v ssp_adk -w "/bladelogic/bltomcat/Tomcat/bin/../webapps/BOFAPortal/data/profiles.xml" -x "/bladelogic/bltomcat/Tomcat/bin/../webapps/BOFAPortal/data/certstore.pkcs12" -f "/tmp/generated/199A2B7EEA1FB5B6330FEB1920507BE3/bl_sesscc" -r "BLADMIN"
