I believe the product includes the JDBC drivers for MSSQL, so you should not need your extra jar.
your sql server is on demo741j - is the database running on 1433 ? does your mssql server use named instances ?
Thank you for your feed back. Redhat server could not connect to demo741 by 1433 port.
I re-build the DataBase environment. And then, application server(Redhat) could connect to DB, and applicaton server's setup was done.
So, Bladelogic Reports server of Redhat environment cannot setup into MS SQL.
Is this correct?
Because, BL Reports install program does not have option of databese type that is MS SQL.
Reports requires the use of a data loader tool (sqlldr for oracle, bcp for mssql) that is part of the thick client tools install. Since there is no MSSQL thick client for Unix....
