This is a bug isn't it?

I am currently debugging nsh code in the process of implementing a script. I've come across what appears to be a bug.

      Here's my question.

Take a look at the XML code below, and you will notice that it references a command sequence "SJobMasterSnapshot getResultId". I can't see how this could work, since there is no namespace called "SJobMasterSnapshot." Is this a bug, or is there a piece that I'm missing? This code is straight from a working environment, and I can't see how it could work there.

      Any ideas?

Attached is the complete XML file.
