I'm not sure exactly what the issue might be, but a couple things that might be helpful are:
- What version of BL are you running?
- Is this an 64-bit or x86 machine?
- What do your agent ACLs look like?
It might be best opening a ticket with Support, but in the meantime you might want to check your App Server and/or agent logs.
We actually do have a ticket open, and it's funny that I see this after I was just stressing out over the issue, lol.
