    mkrun.bat is missing

When I provision a Windows server, it's calling a batch script that does not exist in the boot image. Has anyone run into this?

I am going to mount the boot image and determine if/why it's missing, but if anyone has run into this problem themselves, let me know what you did to fix it.

Here's what the error looks like on the command line of the server being provisioned. I've confirmed the file isn't present anywhere. It dies at step 10 in the process.

      A:\> cwsdpmi –u

      A:\> del q:\bin\state.res

      File not found

      A:\ call q:\bin\mkrun.bat

      Bad Command or file name
