you could probably do this w/ RBA (Atrium Orchestrator) or whatever we're calling it now.
i believe you can send snmp traps base on the exercise of authorizations, so when someone uses the 'Server.Decomission' authoriztion an snmp trap gets sent to the RBA server, which then calls back to bladelogic to run a job, or opens a remedy ticket. or some other action.
In RBAC you can add an SNMP trap when a server is decommissioned - the snmp trap reciever (3rd party) could then run a ;program that could execute a job with blcli.
although this is an old one: what do you mean with "In RBAC you can add an SNMP trap"? - I couldn't find any role, profile, or something for which you can set anything regardin SNMP.
look at the Server. Decommission Authorization. if you edit the auth, there is an auditing tab. that is where you can send notification if that authorization is used.
