Oh, that forum post is internal, but it only discusses several issues which may result in an impersonation failure.

Actually, if you are talking about changing the password for the BladeLogicRSCD user, then the chapw utility is the one you want:
Change RSCD Agent password on remote Windows servers
-f file Load list of hosts from flat file
-p passwd Select "passwd" as new password
-q Quite mode. Do not output a message for each host
-r Generate random password
host Host on which to change password
