Quick and dirty command line for exporting oracle databases.

Occasionally we need to send copies of the customer's database to support. Here's a quick command line that'll export a database. This command will prompt for both username and password. Standard username response format is: username@SID where SID is commonly 'bladelogic'

      exp buffer=15000000 compress=n grants=y feedback=1000 consistent=y file=e:\database_dumps\db.dump log=e:\database_dumps\output.txt

Alternately, if you don't want statistics and warnings about statistics:

      exp buffer=15000000 compress=n grants=y feedback=1000 consistent=y statistics=none file=e:\ge_dump\db.dump log=e:\ge_dump\output.txt**
