Retrieve an inventory of changes in a BladeLogic Package

How would one go about getting an inventory of changes that will be made during a BladeLogic Deploy? This would be useful information for multiple reasons, including change management.

For example, the following can be manually gathered from a BLPackage, how would it be automated?

      1. Add RPM mysql-connector-java-3.0.11-1jpp.noarch.rpm

      2. Add file: /var/lib/tomcat5/webapps/ead_jpetstore.war, owner root(0), group root(0)

      3. Modify config file: /var/lib/tomcat5/webapps/ead_jpetstore/WEB-INF/classes/properties/database.properties, grammar: name value pair

      3.1. Modify config entry: /var/lib/tomcat5/webapps/ead_jpetstore/WEB-INF/classes/properties/database.properties//url value 0: url, value 1: jdbc:mysql://??EAD_DB_HOST??/ead_jpetstore

      4. Execute External Command: Start Tomcat

      chmod o+rx /var/lib/tomcat5/webapps

      nohup /etc/init.d/tomcat5 start
