How to check on 32-bit and 64-bit RPMs

Writing a Template to check for the existence of two instances of the same RPM - one being a 32-bit instance, the other a 64-bit instance.

Looking at a live system, it shows up as simply two items with the same name and different versions.  Aside from assuming that the 32-bit version has size of X and 64-bit has size of Y, is there any other way to validate 32 vs 64 bit?

Or do I just have to do an extended object and parse out the rpm -qa output?
