have you checked the date is in the correct format and if you can return the results building the qualification for the report yourself? It maybe passing the wrong format?
A way to check would be to build the qualification manually, for the week, that returns the desired results and compare what is happening with the OOB formula being passed to the report.
Just a thought.
Hello Cart and thank you
I've just opened a call to BMC support
I do have a similar problem when i try to execute this report, pls help me how you got this issue resolved.
Thanks in Advnace.
Issue has been registered under defect n°SW00331477 on 26 May 2009
Since then I have no information...
Our customer will certainly decide not to use BMC anymore
If I'm not wrong I had also similar problems.
But, in my opinion, there's a workaround: create your Crystal Report including parameters on it!
You could create a simple Crystal Report, hang it on Report form, define for it NOT to use date ranges (Date Range Report= No). When executing it, Crystal will ask for those parameters... and this works!
If you'd like a sample, let me know!
