Are the Smart IT and Remedy Servers on the same timezone? Is this issue happening for all targets on all Incidents, or is this an intermittent issue that happens occasionally for specific targets?

The issue occurred only in the some cases.
I did many test and the issue was not repeated.

Did you use the same Login ID, browser and laptop to check both, Remedy and Smart IT?
For that Login ID, can you check if there is value in the Timezone field in the AR System User Preference form? If there is anything in that field, does it match the timezone in the laptop that is being to perform the tests?
I was using the login ID the customer, however the laptop is not possible, because the customer is the home office.
The login ID timezone was set to the time zone the server "Brazilian time.
There may be a difference between the Timezone in the User Preference form and the timezone configured on the laptop which may be causing this issue.
Do you think you can check that out? You may be able to ask your customer for check their laptop
The problem seems to be in the Java timezone.
I still haven't got the solution, but workaround has been applied, using the Argentine timezone.
I keep way searching for the solution to issue.
