    Is there a way to re-categorize tickets in batches

      I'm trying to clean up all of our tickets (about 213,000) from our migration from 11.4 to 2020.2 and I'm simplifying our category structure. Is there way for me to re-categorize tickets in batches? For example, I have tickets in Infrastructure/Hardware/Computers. Is there a way for me to change the category of all tickets in Computers to Hardware?
