    Possibilities to provide more ticket information in DWP My Activity for end users ?

      Hi all,

       

      We received asome requests from our end users to see if it's possible to provide more information of their active events in DWP. Currently only the template name and the request ID are available but it would be great if we can also show the "summary" field of the ticket in the äctive events. It's even an option to replace the template name with the ticket summary. Does anyone have suggestions on how to accomplish this ?
