    Fields changing from (null) to "No Value"

      We noticed that on the second save of a ticket, some fields change from "" to no value.


      Resolution is a required text area dependent to "Completed" status.

      Work log is a static optional text area.

      Ticket quality details is a static optional text area.

      Ticket Quality is an optional single select

      Description isn't even on the form.



      I think we've been having issues with something around this. It seems to take a long time to make these changes, and sometimes we even have people that can't save a ticket because of the resolution being required when it's not even on screen due to it being dependent.
